Program Restriction: Must attend a school within WCCUSD or be a resident of Contra Costa County.

Services: Provides behavioral healthcare to individuals and families of Asian and Pacific Island origins within West Contra Costa County. Counseling services offered include: individual therapy, family therapy, crisis intervention, medication management, and anger management. Common issues discussed in therapy are: behavioral and academic difficulties in school, family relationship problems, loneliness, anger management difficulties. The counselors on hand understand Mien, Indonesian, Tagalog, and Illocano; and interpreters are available for Lao, Khmu, Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, Korean, Vietnamese languages.

Services: Processes applications for low-income individuals eligible for financial or medical assistant for programs such as CalWorks (formerly AFDC) and Welfare to Work, the Food Stamps CalWorks is for families with children who are deprived because of deafness, absence of unemployment. Those individuals are not receiving public assistance may apply for medi-cal or food stamps.

Services: Provides 9 months to one-year residential rehabilitation program based on Christian doctrine for former gang members and substance abuses, age 18 and over. Residents are required to attend all church meetings and share in chores.

Services: Provides critical counseling therapy for adolescents ages 12-18 referred by school counselors in Contra Costa County. Working in partnership with schools since 1984, this program works with at-risk elementary, middle and high school students and their families.
