There's no question that today's employment market
is much more competitive. A good education and proper job training are
critical to landing and maintaining a good job. And because things are
changing so quickly, learning needs to be a life-long process.
Whether you need a GED to complete your high school education or a
single class to brush up on your skills, there are many day and evening
classroom programs available throughout the county. And, if you enjoy
"learning by doing," there are also internships, apprenticeships and
occupational training programs available, too. Many of these programs
are also available in languages other than English. Go for it!
